Soles4Souls is a non-profit organization who provide shoes and clothing to those in need around the world. To raise funds for their endeavor, Soles4Souls has partnered with Virtual Run Events and created the Day of the Dead 5k & 10k Virtual Run. They aim to involve avid runners, 20–45 years old, who actively seek challenges, desire a purpose, sense of well-being, accomplishment, and be a force for good. Honoring the day of the dead style, the components should feel colorful, paper-made, active, and earnest.

Tackling Virtual

In order to best spread the word about this charity run, social media and environmental pieces (t-shirts on participants and posters) are used.

Going International

Day of the Dead and the Virtual Run are not solely based in one country and therefore needs to be flexible on languages. Languages are limited to those used in countries who celebrate the Day of the Dead, like Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
